Austin Arrington is a software developer, scientist, and entrepreneur working on systems to help humans and nature connect and thrive. Austin brings sustainable technologies and systems to market, from green roofs and urban farms, to soil sensors, automation, and machine learning.
He is a published researcher and holds an MS in Environmental Science from the state university of New York and College of Environmental Science & Forestry, an MA in Bioethics from NYU, and a B.A. in English from Penn State University. His research explores the intersection of ecology, technology, and ethics.
One of the exciting projects he has been developing, coordinating, and launching is a cell phone application that monitors humus/organic matter/carbon in the soil.
